Ordered goods will only be sent after payment is complete. You will receive an order confirmation to your specified email address after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation there is a mistake in your given mail address (please also check spam folder)
The delivery of products, as far as possible, will be done within 4-5 working days, after the amount of your order appeared on our account. If a product is not available , we can produce it if required. But as we are manufacturer of unique handmade products and not wholesalers of mass goods, manufacturing time can take 4-6 weeks.
The stated delivery times are not binding, but merely as indication. No delay in delivery gives the buyer the right to cancel the order. In case of non-delivery of goods already paid by the Buyer, the sums will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
If you have placed an order for items available on order/based on your request , these orders can not be changed, canceled or returned once the money is in our account. Since these are ordered specially for the customer in question.

The payment shall be done at the moment of the order confirmation. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in EUR and HUF based on your preference. All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the current hungarian rate. Customers from countries outside the European Union may have to pay customs clearance and national VAT at the country of delivery.
All prices are quoted exclusive of postage fee, which will be charged at the rates specified during the checkout process.

Bank transfer in advance: you will receive our bank details to make the transfer at the moment of your purchase. Send us the payment order copy and reference number, which will clearly identify your transaction. The product you chose will be shipped within 4-5 days the latest, as soon as we receive the payment, according to its availability in stock.
Credit card payment – Stripe. Credit Card Paymet is a secure payment method. The product you chose will be shipped within 4-5 days the latest, as soon as we receive the payment, according to its availability in stock. Stripe Payments is a secure payment processing platform.

Order without payment – in case of unique orders, which require calculation first. We issue a Proforma Invoice and send it to the email address given by the costumer.
When you order from our website, you will be sent a confirmation email of your purchase.
The confimration email will contain : the bank details and the amount to be paid for your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. Changes will not affect orders which have been made before price changes and were confirmed via email. We ask you, use your order ID as the payment reference.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied, you have changed your mind on the purchase within 14 days of receiving your product and you have not used the product or done anything to it that makes it no longer saleable as new. Please note that you must return each Item in the same condition and in the same packaging you received it in. This means that new Items must be returned new, unused, and complete. Used Items must not have any additional signs of use or damage. The 14 days return policy right is only applicable to private/end costumers.
For returns customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery.
We do our best to pack your order in the safest way. Please always check the package throughly when receiving. If you see any damage on the outside tell this the delivery company right away and send us an email about the damage.
If products within packaging are faulty or damaged, we will do our utmost to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible. You as private/end costumer have the right to return damaged or faulty items to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will always attempt to replace any damaged product, if that cannot be done, we offer a full refund including our shipping costs.
We will refund the sum for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, we will either offer a refund or a replacement.

We ship our creations all over the world. Which shipping company we use can depend on the country of delivery. We will contact you by email after you placed your order with information about delivery time.
Your order will be shipped from our studio in the picturesque Győrújbarát, Hungary.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible depending on stock. As we are a manufacturer of unique products it may happen that if you choose a product that is not in stock, the manufacturing time can take up to 4-6 weeks.
